HOURS 1-6: RELIEF & VALIDATION PHASE

Email 1: Sent within 5 minutes

PERSONAL OUTREACH

Email 2: Within first 24 hours or 1 business day

This should feel personal and be sent within 24 hours/1 business day. You can automate this with a personal video, or send it manually if you have fewer than 10 signups per day.

HOURS 12-24: EXCITEMENT & ANTICIPATION PHASE

Email 3: Send between hours 12-18 post purchase

If the purchase was done before 1pm, send 12 hours later or 8pm whichever is later

If the purchase was done after 1pm, send at a specific time the following morning

 

Email 4: Send 20-28 hours after purchase

If purchase was made outside of business hours, this is a great time to normalize your send schedule to inside business hours. Send this at a specific time of morning regardless of when the purchase was made.

HOURS 36-48: MOMENTUM & CAPABILITY PHASE

Email 5: Send 36-40 hours after purchase

If the purchase was done before 1pm, send 12 hours later or 8pm whichever is later

Email 6: Send 42-48 hours after purchase

Use this email to check on their progress and open the door to any troubleshooting

HOURS 36-48: MOMENTUM & CAPABILITY PHASE

Email 7: Progress Celebration + Future Vision (Sent 60-66 hours after purchase)

Email 8: Week Ahead + Support Resources (Sent 66-72 hours after purchase)
