I am certainly working out regularly! I worked out 6 times this past week. And they were good ones….
Monday and Wednesday were both Pump & Burn.
Tuesday I did Focus T25 Total Body Circuit from the alpha cycle with Sam. Thursday we let Hayden decide and she chose Focus T25 Ab Intervals also from the alpha cycle. Friday was Focus T25 Pyramid from the gamma cycle, also with Sam.
I really enjoy working out with my husband, and happy that because neither of us is following a strict program right now we’re able to get a few workouts in together each week.
I finished the week off with P90X3 Yoga on Saturday. I love yoga, and I really like this program because you get a lot of yoga done. My balance and flexibility have been hit lately, just because I haven’t been working on them. After that workout, I feel confident in saying that I will weave this type of work in more regularly.
Sunday was my rest day. We were picking Camryn up from camp and I knew that I would be tired, so I planned the week in order to just “be” on Sunday.
So what’s on the schedule for the coming week?
My plan is to do one longer Les Mills Pump workout as well as Pump & Burn as my two strictly strength workouts. I will do a couple of Focus T25 workouts with Sam… I’d like to do Speed 2.0 and extreme circuit, I think! To round out the week, I’m throwing P90X3 yoga and will let the kids pick my final workout.
