In the business of fitness successes!

I challenge you!

There is a term that is widely used among Beachbody coaches and customers – it’s CHALLENGE. But what does it mean and why should you care?

challenge

Dictionary Definition: Challenge

a call or summons to engage in any contest, as of skill, strength, etc.

OK, so that basically means that someone is asking someone else to do something that does not come easy… fair enough, and that leads well into the following

Beachbody Challenge Pack

A bundled product – DVD workout series, 30-day supply of Shakeology, recommended workout schedule and 3, 5, 7 or 10 day meal plan.

Purchasing a challenge pack is a great way to start on the road to better fitness. I would equate a challenge pack to an at home bootcamp. A challenger will carve out time to get the workout in and take Shakeology daily. They will start to see physical and emotional changes.

Most people enjoy the workouts but have a hard time staying on track towards the goals, especially on the longer 60- and 90- day programs. And that’s where coach challenge groups come in!

Challenge Group

This is a group comprised of one or more Beachbody coaches and their customers who come together to collaborate, commiserate and communicate over a designated period of time 5, 10, 21, 28 or more days. Customers purchase a challenge pack through their Beachbody Coach’s Store and commit to the group unit in order for everyone to succeed. The coach becomes responsible for keeping the customers on track with their workouts, nutrition and supplementation.

Commitment to the other group members and to the 3-pronged approach (Shakeology, eating well, doing the workouts) propels many customers towards their fitness goals faster than a single component alone.

Here are a few simple challenges for you

  • Schedule your workouts (as in block them off on your calendar)
  • Drink Shakeology Daily (psst, I have a new Shakeology challenge group starting on June 3rd)
  • Drink sufficient water (1/2 ounce of water  per pound of body weight)
  • Eat 5-6 meals a day (yes, really)
  • Get a coach or accountability partner
  • Use Chalene Johnson’s PUSH system to make your fitness goals achievable!

So, in the comments section below, tell me how you like to be challenged!
